Night fall off over Debrecen.

Today is the last Christmas day and I finished my work today very fast and with very satisfactory results, so I took a bus and I went to the center to spend some time taking pictures.

Christmas mix

For 24 & 25 I went to Budapest to spend these days with other volunteers in a
house near Budapest. We were 3 french, 2 German and 2 Spanish. Good mix.

On 26 I went back to Debrecen after spend half a day in Budapest. On 27 I went
for first time to one of these hotels with thermal water. It was fantastic!!
4.5 Hours inside the thermal water... We finished very very wrinkled. There
were different swimming's with air and different temperatures. Also a open
swimming with snow on the garden. When I saw it I can't resist, I jumped onto
the snow :P My friends were or surprised or ashamed :o)

The next day was normal in the beginning, but not on the end. I met with some
friends to go out in the night. The trip finished after 4am. I arrived at
home near 5am. Then, eat somethin, clean, and make the backpack. At 6am I was
cycling to the bus station to take a bus to Oradea (Romania). Yes, with my
bike. It was the first time that I cross border controls.

In Romania I spent 2 fantastic days surrounded by friends. Street market,
walk, shopping, house party, etc.
I can't explain why exactly, but there I feeled very very confortable.
Romanians are very different of Hungarians, althought they share a almost
common past and a diffuse frontier.

In Oradea the streets are even worse than in Debrecen, but the city looks
good. The people seem to be more open. I didn't know, but in Romania all the
TV is in original version (manga in japanesse, soap operas in spanish, films
in english, ...) which is very good, as a friend explained me, to read faster
and learn languages. I didn't know also, that Romania was under communism
only 16 years ago.

On 31 it was planned to take a train but for some reasons the plans changed
and my friends let me in the Romanian border. I crossed it by bike (without
have to wait the long queues). When I was between the 2 frontiers I stopped
to take some pictures of me on the borders, but later 2 policeman obligated
me to delete the pictures... Oooohh.... It's a pity, because the pictures
were good ;o)

Later I didn't feel too much like taking more pictures because to do it I need
to stop and take away the gloves, and it was very cold.... You can imagine...

I entered in the first town that I found on my way. After some time there, I
realized that there was no way to take a bus from there, so I went to the
next town. Talking with the people I saw very surprised faces. When they know
that I was spanish they thought that I was going to Spain by bike ... :o)~~~

Finally I took a bus at 36Km from Debrecen. One hour later I was at home.

Eat and sleep during some time and start again to make plans for the night. I
had dinner together with my flatmate Peter (Hungarian guy) and later meet
with International group in the center to say hello to 2006 all together.
After that, dance, dance, and ....... sleep. }:o)
